Lisa has created some wonderful patterns that are so versatile. You will see this versatility as you peruse through my design team sisters blogs.
My recipe:

Martha Stewart Border Bunch
The starting point for this layout was the beautiful little girl, cut from the Pink Girl pattern from the Strawberry Shortcake collection at Scrapping with Lisa Designs.  I wanted to see just how versatile she could be, so before the layout was even born, she was a DIVA!  As she transformed, she began to remind me of my daughter.  With that thought, I turned to the idea of a scrapbook page layout for my Pink Lady project.  Now, I do lots of crafts, and lots of papercrafts.  What I do not do.scrapbook.  Going into this project I have created a total of 2 scrapbook pages.  I dressed the girl using The Black Currant Stack from DCVW, so I decided on that stack for the layout as well.  I chose the pictures I wanted to use, and focused them all on the little diva-like things my daughter does.  Since they are from different time periods, and span a variety of subjects, I chose to frame each one individually, using shapes that I cut from two of the most feminine cartridges Cricut hasSplish Splash and Forever Young.  These cartridges were also used to cut the words and phrases, and the embellishments on the shapes (shoes, handbags, etc.)  For each framed picture, I embellished based on the object, but kept the theme of diva.  With a layout like this, it’s the small details, and overabundance of embellishments that really make it eye-catching.  I hope you have enjoyed my projectI can truly say that it was a constant surprise at how things turned out and transformed themselves.  I’m sure my daughter will be happy to add this to her scrapbook!
